SOME BLESSINGS TAKE TIME TO GROW

We live in a world that likes quick results.
We want immediate answers, instant success, and visible progress.
Yet many of God's greatest blessings develop slowly.
Friendships take time to grow.
Trust takes time to build.
ommunities are formed one relationship at a time.
Looking back over my years in León, I can see many examples of this truth.
When I first arrived, I knew very few people.
The city was unfamiliar.
The future was uncertain.
I could not have imagined the friendships, opportunities, and experiences that would become part of my life.
Many of those blessings began with simple conversations.
A chance meeting.
A shared meal.
An introduction from a friend.
Small moments that seemed ordinary at the time.
Over the years those moments became relationships.
Those relationships became stories.
Some of those stories eventually became books.
What I appreciate most is that God was working long before I could see the results.
Even during difficult seasons, He was planting, watering, and growing things beneath the surface.
The harvest did not appear overnight.
But looking back now, I can see that many of the blessings I value most today required patience.
God's timing is rarely rushed.
Yet it is always worth trusting.
Some blessings take time to grow
